If you decide you no longer want an Insitome product following your purchase, please contact Helix immediately. Subject to Helix’s refund policy, you may be eligible for a refund if the product is your first purchase and you have not yet received and registered your Helix DNA collection kit. If you have already received results, your product purchase can no longer be returned or refunded. This policy is due to the informational nature of Insitome Products.
