Insitome offers you full access to new content and features as they are made available to our customers. You may end the service at any time.
To close your account, contact our Customer Care Team by submitting a request. This request must be in writing and sent from the email address associated with your Insitome account. We will remove all Genetic Information in your account (or profile) within thirty (30) days of our receipt of your request. Before that 30 days, you may request to re-activate your account.
Revoking Helix partner access permissions
Helix provides an ability to revoke permission to partner applications (like Insitome Neanderthal). Doing this will (currently) inactivate your account.
